Wedding Event Fee:  $10,000

— A first venue fee payment of $5,000 is due upon booking. The second and final venue fee payment is due two months before the event date. 

— Maximum event occupancy is 75

— In-person, on-site wedding coordinator

What do we offer:

— Outdoor picnic table seating for rehearsal dinner and wedding reception

— Outdoor lighting

— Indoor restrooms for the event guests

— Access to the bar and restaurant space

— Access to entire outdoor space

What we do not supply:

— Tents in case of inclement weather

— Outdoor heating or cooling mechanisms

— Transportation

— Event Planning

— Music

Food and Catering: $5,000+

— The restaurant has a ‘buy-out” option if the event client chooses to bring in an outside caterer; this fee is $5,000 for the restaurant to shut down for the day

— The restaurant has catering options that start at ~$5,000

Photo Access:

As part of your booking with Book Village New York LLC, you grant us permission to use professional photos and videos taken during your wedding day for promotional purposes. This may include featuring your wedding in our website galleries, social media, printed materials, and advertising.  We understand how important your privacy and memories are, so we will always give credit where appropriate and handle all images respectfully. If you prefer certain photos not to be used, please notify us within 30 days after the event.

Additional notes:

An insurance policy needs to be purchased for $1,000,000 listing Book Village New York LLC as other insured.
